Vivien Exartier is currently working on his doctorate in Political Science at West Virginia University. He has also completed his Masters in the same field from Oklahoma State University. Prior to that he completed a business degree in his native France.

Vivien is an enthusiastic student mentor, working several summers previously with Upward Bound to provide high school students with college prepartory classes. He is a perfect match in advancing our Washington Internship Experience as Assistant to that program.
