ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
The Global Awareness Seminar seeks high school students who are able to demonstrate a high level of academic preparedness and genuine interest in the seminar's international content. Upon enrollment, each student will receive a seminar information packet containing travel information, travel documentation information, academic preparation materials, Medical Information Form, Travel Document Form, and useful information on the seminar and China.
INCLUDED IN YOUR CHINA EXPERIENCE
• International Transpacific flights between the U.S. and China
• Transportation within China, including internal flights, rail, boat and private motor coach
• Lodging at 3 and 4 star western style hotels, based upon double occupancy
• MEALS: Breakfast each morning. Lunch and Dinner each day, excluding only a few meals
• All Chinese professional guide services and U.S. program administrators
• All tickets and entrance fees for seminar activities
• Academic materials prior to departure and during the seminar
• Medical and travel insurance as specified by insurance company
• All gratuities, tips, local taxes, and national taxes required and expected by the host country
• The processing and administrative fees of the required China Travel Visa
