Tom Crossan, Executive Director, grew up in Spokane, Washington before joining the United States Army. As part of the 3rd Infantry, Tom executed official ceremonies at the White House, Arlington National Cemetery, and other military facilities around Washington. After completing his term of service, he worked in various organizations and security firms in Virginia. He soon after completed coursework at George Mason University while joining the Workshops team. Tom gained additional student travel expertise directing international travel experiences and student development programs. After working for several years, independently with the Workshops, he rejoins the team as Executive Director to head up the next era of Washington Workshops.
